Hydrominviron has implemented a Quality Management System that exists as part of a larger strategy which includes establishing, documenting and implementing a system of quality delivery of services.

  • To identify the inputs/ resources and the expected output before executing the work/ process. 
  • To develop and improve the Quality Management System including aspects specific to the provisions of Groundwater Survey, Soil Survey, Environmental Studies and Land Surveys.
  • Continual improvement of effectiveness of Quality management system.
  • The enhancement of customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction
  • To communicate within Company the importance of meeting customer needs and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
  • To Establish the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives
  • To ensure that the Management Review sets and reviews the Quality Objectives, and reports on the Internal Audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the QMS.
  • To determine the sequence and interaction of the processes being carried out for the completion of the assignment.
